Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA) is a nonprofit advocacy organization established to defend and advance the constitutional right of parents to direct the education of their children and to protect family freedoms. ParentalRights.org envisions a nation where the vital child-parent relationship is protected and preserved. It exists to secure a constitutional amendment that defends the rights of parents to direct the upbringing and education of their children, and to promote the belief that no government, regardless of how well-intentioned it might be, can replace the love and nurture of a parent in the life of a child.

TeenPact teaches the foundations of government with the legislative branch, beginning with a week-long session at the student's own capitol. Visit their site or download their brochure.

The Home School Foundation (HSF) was founded by the Home School Legal Defense Association in 1994 as a non-profit 501(c)(3) with the initial purpose of promoting homeschooling and blessing the homeschool movement. While our original focus was on helping other homeschool groups, God has since expanded our vision to include needy families within the homeschool community.

The new name - Home School Foundation - reflects the broader nature of the needs we meet. We are currently seeking to help families through several funds: the Widows Fund, the Special Needs Children's Fund, the Friends of Homeschooling Fund, the Generation Joshua Fund, the Compassion Fund, the PHC Scholarship Fund, the Members Helping Members Fund, the International Homeschooling Fund and the Children of Single Parents Fund. We eventually hope to add other funds as the Lord leads, and other needs within the home school community are revealed.
